Description
The Customer Service Supervisor will help customers and internal stakeholders on the industrial product line
Responsibilities
Supervising and prioritizing workload and schedules of the customer service team to guarantee that they are going above and beyond the customer's expectations.
They will also guide, train, and appraise the team members, go over the internal processes and procedures for productivity and compliance, and implement order entry and other customer service responsibilities to support the department (including providing quotes, expediting orders, answering calls, etc.)
Deal with particularly intensified or difficult issues
Retain a detailed knowledge of processes, products & systems
Developing procedures & process developments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (not a deal breaker, but desired)
Must have previous supervisory experience
Intermediate technical/computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Pivotal, BPCS, and Big-Machines, APS, and Micro-Strategies
3 to 5 years of customer service experience
1 to 2 years of management/supervisory experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
